1. Fair Usage Policy

VIA eSIM offers unlimited data packages subject to fair usage. Excessive usage, such as large downloads or abusive hotspot usage, may result in reduced speeds or service limitation.

For 30-day plans, speeds may be reduced to 3 Mbps after 30GB and to 1 Mbps after 60GB. For 7-day plans, speeds may reduce to 1 Mbps after 20GB.

2. Device Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device supports eSIM technology before purchasing. We are not liable for issues caused by device incompatibility.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the issue is on our side. If the service has been activated correctly and no technical problems exist on our side, no refunds will be issued.

4. Service Availability

It is your responsibility to verify whether the countries you wish to use the service in are covered. Coverage may change, and we advise checking our list of supported countries regularly.

5. Legal Usage

The eSIM service must be used in compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

6. Security

You are responsible for securing your data and protecting your device from unauthorized access while using our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the VIA eSIM service are reserved. Unauthorized use of protected material is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the eSIM service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. If changes are significant, we may notify you via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pristina, Kosovo.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the issue through friendly negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via third-party processors such as Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play. Prices may vary based on region or promotions. You are responsible for any fees or taxes applicable to your purchase.

13. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from using the service for illegal purposes, spam, data harvesting, VPN tunneling in restricted countries, or any other misuse that violates these terms or applicable laws.
