You can buy and install the Global Plus eSIM from the VIA eSIM website or app a few minutes before you leave home. After purchase you'll receive a QR code - scan it in your phone's cellular settings to install the plan. The eSIM typically activates automatically when it first connects to a local network on arrival, so there's nothing to swap at the airport.
